Shanghai Plus manufactures a wide range of woven fabrics for various outdoor jackets, light weight indoor and blazers such as coats, trench coats, down jackets and rain coats.
We have gained a good reputation in the industry due to our professional and advanced technical know how and deep understanding of our main markets, by taking the time to understand markets trends and our respected customers .
Our strong commitment to continually develop innovative, high quality fabrics and constantly offer relevant fabrics for outwear has made us a leading world known fabric supplier.

COMPANY PILLAR STONES

Shanghai Plus was founded in 2005 by Benjamin Gu. Equipped with passion, a good team and a state of the art woven fabric mill – Shanghai plus is acknowledge as on the leading high quality fabric suppliers for outerwear garments within the industry.
By following the three pillar stones, Innovation – quality – delivery, SH PLUS has been able to grow despite the increasingly competitive environment in the industry.

INNOVATION

We spend a lot of effort researching and anticipating fashion trends, ensuring we offer our customers relevant and exciting fabrics every season.

To ensure that our fabrics reach the highest quality standard, our R&D team work with the latest technology and closely with designers as well as trend research agency.

We follow new innovative fabrics from Korea and Italy and make new developments in our own mills. We constantly develop new yarns and focus on various finishes and coatings.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality has always been an integral part of our organization and something we heavily invest in.

We have a 1500sqm inspection center. We ensure that we follow the four point inspection system as well as international standard quality control ISO 80000.

We also accept and carry out custom inspection upon customer request.

DELIVERY

Production planing is key. Precision in planing equates to on-time shipments and assurance that appropriate suppliers and equipment are available for each order.

We continually try to improve Our production planing process to ensure timely, and good quality fabrics for sampling and bulk production.

OUR FACILITY

We have our main weaving facility where we weave and can make various types of different finishes on fabrics.

We keep developing new yarns, do our own weaving and dyeing, as well as all kinds of finishings like various coatings, WR, CIRE, washer, sanding, prints, punch, crush, embroidery etc.

We have a 1200 sqm inspection center. Our QCs perform yard by yard inspection before shipment to ensure every delivery meets our high internal quality standards. Our strict quality control measures have allowed us to grown with customers over the year due to our ability to consistently deliver as a trustworthy supplier to both garment suppliers and brands.

So our productions 100% meet German strict Eco standard and Oeko-tex 100 standards.

MACHINES:

We use waving machines from Japan, Tsudakoma – to weave the greige.

LAB TESTING FACILITY

All our fabrics are lab tested in our own lab facilities.
